- Assistant State Attorney from 2002–2006
- Lead Trial Attorney
- Over four years of Criminal Trial Experience
- Member of the Florida Bar since 2002
- Admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida
- Member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association
- Adjunct Professor at St. Petersburg College, teaching Police and Corrections Academy
